I shall share two: both in the USA (sorry).
1. MSFS2020 KPWA Wiley Post Airport, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. An excellent rendition of the airport where I had my GA flight experience in a Piper Seneca II. The airport has changed quite a bit from when I had done that flight, but compare it with Google Earth/maps, you’ll see that this is rather well put together.

2. MSFS 2020 Paulding Northwest – Atlanta Airport, Paulding County, Georgia. Not overly terra-formed, but the airport itself is well represented. This airport was completed shortly after I had let the Atlanta area (was let go from CNN International). Gives you a nice base-ops area for exploring the Appalachian foothills from NW Georgia and northern Alabama into Tennessee. The runway will accommodate up to medium business jets.
